Ingredients:
Apple Juice 650g
Sugar 45g
Gelatin 9g (~1Tbsp)
Water 20g (3Tbsp)
Directions:
- Pour Apple juice and Sugar in saucepan. Heat until all sugar dissolved. Do not boil. (Pic 1)
- Soak Gelatin in water for a few minutes. Put in microwave in medium level for 40 sec.until gelatin become liquid. (Pic 2)
- Turn off heat. Mix in gelatin with apple juice. Stir until gelatin all dissolved in apple juice.
- Let it cool. Then reserve 150ml jello and pour remaining jello into containers. Then put in fridge.
- Check back the 150ml jello every half hour to see if it just becomes but not fully becomes jello form. If so, take it out and blend it using a hand blender or hand mixer. Blend in high speed. It will become foam-like texture. (Pic 3)
- Spoon the foam jello over the apply jello (Pic 4 & 5). Put it back to fridge. Serve cold.
