Piping Buttercream Frosting Flower with recipe

These flower cupcakes are made for my friend's birthday today. Red Velvet cupcakes with Rose essence buttercream frosting.
Buttercream frosting:
(I use partial Crisco because I will leave it out at room temperature for a while before giving it to my friend's hands)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (113g) Cricso (can be replaced by butter)
1/2 cup (113g) butter softened
1/3 to 1/2 cup milk,  depending on consistency needed 3 Tbsp powdered Dream Whip
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1 Tsp rose essence
depending on your personal taste
2 lbs powdered sugar sifted

Instructions:
There's no wrong way to mix this. Mix all together. The longer the mixer runs, the smoother it gets. Sifting the powdered sugar before blending helps with smoothness but is not necessary.
