Gundam Cake 機動戰士高達蛋糕

Today is my older daughter's best friend birthday! I told his mom that I will make his son a cake for his party today. His mom said he loves Gundam. So I made this for him! Happy Birthday Jasper!

Draft Gundam head on Parchment paper. Then place a transparent plastic sheet on top. Pipe chocolate to outline the shape then put in fridge until harden. Take it out and place on cake. Dye piping gel with icing colour then pipe to the eye and other areas.
