Ingredients:
1/2 lb Fish steak: Cod/halibut/sea bass
2 Tbsp Miso Paste
2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp Sake or dry sherry
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp mable syrup or 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450F
- combine all miso through Syrup thoroughly mixed (mixture will be extremely thick). Slather on one side of fish (I use a spatula) and dredge in panko bread crumbs.
- Transfer fish to baking sheet and place in oven. Bake 10 minutes on 450F. Then turn down to 350F for another 10 minutes.
- Served with salad is perfect!
